Planning an Event
Function rooms include:
Kessler Hall
Elegant décor welcomes receptions of 250 seated guests including a dance floor. For events not requiring the dance floor, the room comfortably seats 320 for a luncheon or dinner. It can be an auditorium style meeting space for 425.
Hoffman Hall
Often used for cocktail hours or small dinners, this room has a floor to ceiling view of the ceremonial court and gardens just outside its doors. 150 can be seated for a meal. This is also a comfortable venue for cocktail parties up to 185 (when seating is not required for everyone). Doors open to the ceremonial court which is available for use in the warm weather months.
Community Room
A fireplace makes this room an intimate space for events of up to 100 guests seated for a meal or 130 for a meeting or reception.
Sanctuary
Our Sanctuary seats 590 and is available from time to time to community organizations for a lecture or other public program.
Chapel
Our Levine-Shein Chapel offers an intimate setting for a small wedding or other life cycle event, seating up to 125.

Beth El Temple is partnering with The Emanuel Synagogue and Farmington Valley Jewish Congregation will host an all-ages Community Shavuot Gathering on Sunday, June 1 at 5pm. This event will include a community dinner, Shavuot pageant, 7th Graders JT Advancement, honoring seniors, adult learning, group prayer & delicious desserts. -
